This page describes the methods and purposes of the processing, carried out through cookies, of the personal data of the users (hereinafter referred to as "Users or "Interested Parties") who consult the site www.tulize.it (the "Site").

2. What are cookies
2.1 Cookies are small text files that sites visited by the user automatically send to his terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored to be then retransmitted to the same sites and are generally used for different purposes: execution of computer authentication, session monitoring, storage of information on specific configurations concerning users, storing preferences, etc..
2.2 Depending on the website or domain that installs cookies these can be distinguished in:
(a) proprietary cookies: installed on the user's terminal directly by the owner or manager of the website that the User is visiting;
b) third party cookies: installed through the site that the User is visiting by owners of different sites or web servers.
2.3 Depending on the period of validity of the cookies, they can be divided into:
(a) session cookies: they are temporarily stored in the User's terminal until the end of the browser session. These cookies are usually necessary for the correct functioning of the applications and functions of the site;
b) persistent cookies: they are stored in the user's terminal for a longer period of time than the single browsing session, depending on their function and the users' choices. Persistent cookies allow information to be transferred back to the web server each time the site is accessed.
2.4 Based on the purposes pursued, cookies can be grouped into two macro-categories:

"social cookies" or rather the cookies of the social networks, used according to the policies of the relative social network, as well as the so-called. "analytical cookies" - which are used to analyse access and visits to the site and to allow the owner to improve the structure, navigation logic and content, to assess the effectiveness of a service provided or to help measure the "traffic", i.e. the number of visitors, also possibly broken down by geographical area, time slot of the connection or other characteristics - unless they are assimilated to technical cookies, which is possible only where (i) the use of analytical cookies is limited solely to the production of aggregate statistics and that they are used in relation to a single site or a single mobile application so as not to allow tracking of the navigation of the person using different applications or browsing different websites (ii) are made and used directly by the first party site or, if a third party, appropriate tools are adopted to reduce the power of identification (through the masking of significant portions of the IP address) and (iii) there are contractual obligations between sites and third parties, in which there is express reference to the commitment of the third party or to use them exclusively for the provision of the service, to store them separately and not to "enrich" or "cross" them with other information they have, or to transmit them to other third parties.
As they are not strictly necessary for the operation of the website, profiling cookies require the users' consent for their installation.

5. Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data
5.1 The data collected through technical cookies will be processed for the purposes described above in point 2.4 lett. a) with the functionalities described in the table in point 3.1, exclusively therefore to allow the User to correctly use all the functionalities of the Site and the services requested, therefore on the legal basis of the execution of a pre-contractual request or contractual execution.
5.2 The data of the profiling cookies are used for the purposes described above in point 2.4 lett. b) with the functionalities described in the tables in point 3.2, only in the presence of the User's consent which constitutes the legal basis of the relative treatment.
6. Nature of data conferment
6.1 Technical cookies are necessary to allow the User to use its functions and services, therefore they are not subject to prior consent and cannot be disabled.
6.2 On the contrary, profiling cookies are not strictly necessary to use the Website and their installation is subject to the User's consent. Failure to consent to this type of cookie will not in any case prevent the navigation and use of the Website.
7. Treatment modalities
Users' personal data are processed by electronic and computerised means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. They are treated in compliance with applicable regulations, adopting the appropriate and most adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction.
8. Recipients of the data
8.1 The personal data of Users will be processed by employees or collaborators, instructed on the treatment, of Flor Art and other parties responsible for treatment (companies providing assistance/services, consulting, data processing and other IT services), as well as, based on any consent given by the User, by third parties indicated in the tables in paragraph 3 above.
8.2 The User's personal data may also be shared with other third parties where necessarily required by law and/or following a binding judicial or administrative decision.
9. Period of data retention
Cookies are stored in the User's terminal for the duration indicated in the tables in points 3.1 and 3.2 above.
10. Rights of the User
10.1 As a data subject, you are entitled to the rights provided for by Articles 12 et seq. of EU Reg. 679/2016 (the "GDPR"), including the right to access personal data and therefore you may, among other things, obtain confirmation of whether or not processing concerning you has taken place. It will be your right to request, in the manner provided for by law, the rectification or deletion of the data or the limitation, in view of the protection of your rights, of the processing that concerns you, to object to the processing itself, as well as to revoke any consent given through the "Manage Cookies" tool indicated in point 4.3 above. 11. Changes to this policy
It may sometimes be necessary to make changes to this policy imposed by changes in legislation or to keep up with new technological developments. Flor Art reserves the right to make such changes at its own discretion; the User will be notified of such changes by an on-screen pop-up when opening the Site or by other appropriate means.
