1.2 This "Privacy Policy" describes the methods and purposes by which Flor Art proceeds to the processing of personal data of users/visitors of its Site.

2. Types of data processed through the Site

2.1 Navigation data. While browsing the Site, the normal software procedures of the same acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not intended to be associated with identified users but, when associated with other data held by third parties, could allow the identification of users of the Site. The navigation data include IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the user who connects to the site, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

3.1 Your navigation data, the data collected through technical cookies and your voluntarily provided data as above are processed in order to:

(a) enable you to regularly navigate the Site and provide you with the services and functionalities you have requested (therefore, on the legal basis of the execution of a pre-contractual request or contractual execution);

c) purposes of protecting your legal rights on the basis of your legitimate interest in exercising or defending a right in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings;

d) purposes of complying with legal obligations provided for by fiscal/accounting/security regulations (therefore on the legal basis of the legal obligation).

3.2 The data collected through cookies other than technical cookies are processed on the basis of the User's consent for the purposes specifically indicated in the Cookie Policy to which reference should be made.

4. Nature of the conferment of data

4.1 The provision of navigation data is automatic (therefore, mandatory) when accessing the Site.

On the contrary, profiling cookies are not strictly necessary to use the Website and their installation is subject to the User's consent. 5. Methods of Treatment

5.1 The personal data of the Users are treated with electronic and informatics tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the above mentioned purposes for which they have been collected. They are processed in compliance with applicable regulations, adopting the appropriate and most adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction.

6. Recipients of the data

6.1 The data will be processed by employees or collaborators, instructed on the treatment, of Flor Art and other parties responsible for treatment (companies providing assistance / warehouse and packaging services, consulting, data processing and other IT services) or independent owners (eg third parties issuing cookies not necessary, in case of your consent).

6.2 Data may also be shared with other third parties where necessarily required by legal obligation and/or following a binding judicial or administrative decision.

7. Period of data retention

7.1 The Owner keeps your personal data as long as they are necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and if this is required by legal obligations or judicial authorities.

7.2 The navigation data will be kept for no longer than ______6 months____, except for the possible need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities.

7.3 The data processed through cookies will be kept for the period indicated in detail in the tables in the Cookie Policy.

7.4 For the purposes of providing the service requested in point 3.1.a) above, the data voluntarily provided by the user will be kept for the duration specifically indicated in each specific privacy policy published in the spaces on the Site set up to request each of the services referred to in point 2.3 above.

7.5 The data processed for marketing purposes as per point 3.1.b) above, will be kept for 3 years from the issue of the last consent.

7.6 The data processed for the purposes referred to in points 3.1.c) and 3.1.d) above, will be kept for 10 years from their collection.

7.7 The storage and processing of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

8.1 As a data subject, you are entitled to the rights provided for by Articles 12 et seq. of EU Reg. 679/2016 (the "GDPR") vis-à-vis the Data Controller, including the right to access your personal data and therefore you will be able, among other things, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not processing concerning you has taken place. It will be your right to request, in the manner provided for by law, the rectification or deletion of data or the limitation, in view of the protection of your rights, of the processing that concerns you, to object to the processing itself, as well as to revoke any consent you may have given (even with reference only to channels with automated contact methods or traditional ones, in the case of marketing purposes). You also have the right to obtain the release in electronic format, to you or to another person indicated by you, of the personal data you have provided to us.
